How to Submit Your Photos

To ensure your ornament looks its very best, please follow these simple steps when sending us your pictures:
    1.    Choose High-Quality Photos
    •    Please submit clear, high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI).
    •    Avoid screenshots or blurry images, as they may print pixelated.
    2.    Select Two Photos
    •    Each ornament is double-sided and holds two photos.
    •    You may choose the same photo for both sides or two different images.
    3.    File Format
    •    Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, or PDF.

    4.    How to Send
    •    After placing your order, email your photos to hello@giftofgabstationery.com with your order number in the subject line.
    •    Alternatively, if your order confirmation includes an upload link, you may submit your photos directly through that portal.

    5.    Personalization Details
    •    You may add one family name (example: The Johnsons) and either the year (example: 2025) or a short holiday phrase (Season's Greetings or Happy Holidays), please include this information in the same email with your photos.

    6.    Approval
    •    We may crop or adjust the photo slightly to ensure the best fit within the ornament.
    •    If there are any issues with your photo quality, we’ll reach out before finalizing your ornament.
